Peer
Network Maintenance Contract
Minimum 1/Maximum 2 Hours per week per site (on-site service)
and maintenance of a Microsoft Windows 3.x/9x Peer Network, Linux Peer
Network, or Apple Mac OS Peer Network. Technician will fully document
system, check the integrity of the network, test previous backups,
perform backups if required, perform regular systems maintenance, answer
any questions and resolve issues as it unfolds.

Server
Based Network Maintenance Contract
Minimum 2/Maximum 4 Hours per week per site on site service and
maintenance of a Microsoft Windows NT Network, Linux Server Network, or
Apple Mac OS Server Network. Technician will fully document system,
check the integrity of the network, test previous backups, perform
backups if required, regular systems maintenance, answer any questions
and resolve issues as it unfolds. The rate does not include parts.
